In this position you will be responsible for preparing and conducting training for our customers. These take place both in the training centers of SAS as well as local customers. You take the training required to develop and customized concepts. If necessary, develop training materials or adapt our standard material to project specific requirements. Perspective you will take responsibility for a portion of the curriculum.

Your tasks:

Personal responsibility for implementation of SAS courses

Planning, preparation and implementation of courses at customer sites

Independent coordination of course content and training methods with the customer

Development, adaptation and translation of training materials

Independent implementation of training courses and consultations

Substantive responsibility for part of the German SAS Curriculum

Marketing Support

Analysis of client situations regarding software use and training needs

Development of training concepts and programs

Your profile:

DV or statistics-related studies (statistics, economics, computer science, mathematics, etc.)

Extensive knowledge in statistics and data mining

Permanent readiness training

Ideally, several years of experience as an IT trainer

Verbal communication and social skills

Ability to interact in a virtual team

Basic psychological knowledge in the training

Experience in the specification and visualization of technical issues

Experience in planning and structuring of tasks
