Salary: Negotiable

Meals provided while on duty

Full supervision of kitchen staff.

Menu planning

Supervision of inventory and stock control

Maintaining budgetary targets and Gross Profit Margins.

Responsible for maintaining HACCP standards.

The ideal candidate must have;

Have previous experience in a similar role

Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of food and customer service.

Must be standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organise and plan ahead. Must have the ability to lead, multi-task, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment

You are qualified in hotel and catering

You have a minimum of 2 year of experience as Head Chef

You are fluent in English

You are currently in Republic of Ireland or planning to be in Republic of Ireland within the next 4 weeks

You will be available for interview within the next 2 weeks
