Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contracts/Hotel Sourcing Manager located in Berlin, Germany.

Key responsibilities include:

Be the sourcing champion for the assigned market

Prepare and execute the annual market plan

Increase inventory in current accounts

Identify key new strategic accounts & revenue producers with assigned markets

Strategically increase lodging inventory by bringing in new inventory

Establish and maintain superb supplier partnerships with all key hoteliers in assigned markets

Offer guidance and mentoring support to less experienced members of the team

Meet and exceed room night targets with an 80% conversion rate of hotels targeted

Effective account management ensuring hoteliers are fully briefed on all contract details

Position Requirements

Skills / Qualifications Required: Candidates must be fluent in English

You will have previous business development, account or sales experience preferably in the hotel or travel industry.

Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships with individuals and hotel partners using an open consultative approach

Strong Commercial and sales skills with a working knowledge of hotel distribution including revenue and inventory management

Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of an organisation including hotel management and owners

Superb communication and presentation skills in market language(s)

Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

IT literate with Microsoft office. Knowledge of Pegasus & XMC would be an advantage

Minimum Education Level required: High School

Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 to 2 Years
